
Camden Heritage Festival
​Come out to the Camden Heritage Festival, held annually the third Saturday in September from 10:00am - 3:00pm. Enjoy food trucks, live music, vendors, wagon rides, antique tractors, petting zoo, K9 demos, axe-throwing, face painting, fire truck displays, classic cars, Kid Zone with a bounce house and much more! ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2026 VENDOR REGISTRATION INFO

This is an outdoor event and vendors must provide a tent, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity is NOT provided or available for this event by the county. Vendors must provide their own generator if needed. No electrical lines or cords will be allowed, unless approved by event staff. Additional event information, parking, set up times, booth locations, etc. will be EMAILED to vendors prior to the event. No refunds will be provided.
The registration form (Google Link) and payment must be received by August 24th, 2026. For more details, assistance, or hard copy of this form please contact 252-621-3940 or heritagefestival@camdencountync.gov.
FOOD/BEVERAGE TRUCKS ~ A maximum of #15 food/beverage trucks will be accepted. Registration Fee: $150
ALL OTHER VENDORS ~ A maximum of #150 vendors will be accepted. Registration Fee: $50 for a 10x10 space.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. NO WAITLIST AVAILABLE.
